Our organization was established in 1996, and through the years we've had our hands in the many facets of the concrete industry. Over the past ten years, we’ve specialized in decorative and stamped concrete for interior and exterior applications. We pride ourselves in having an extensive background in concrete – we have a relationship that has taken years to develop, but has gained us a much greater understanding of our medium.

Operating in the northeast originally meant that our stamping business was a seasonal business; therefore winters became a time for travel and exploring the potential of concrete…inside. Over the years, we have expanded our vast services to include polished and ground concrete floors, concrete countertops, fireplace surrounds, and décor. In 2007, we launched Mélange Studio, our sister company that specializes on interior concrete applications. Between the two firms, chances are you name it and we can make it out of concrete.

Together, Custom Concrete Design and Mélange Studio have been featured in national publications like Concrete Décor Magazine as well as local publications like the Portland Press Herald. We have won numerous accolades and awards for our work, including 2 consecutive awards from renowned concrete master, Fu-Tung Cheng of Cheng Concrete.
